RPO Professionals was founded by Nirav Shah — a pioneer in offshore recruitment solutions and one of the visionaries behind the first RPO set up in Ahmedabad. Early in his career, Nirav recognised a gap in the UK healthcare recruitment market — a need for cost-effective, high-quality offshore support. He launched the first offshore delivery centre dedicated to the UK recruitment sector, laying the foundation for a new model of scalable growth.
Since then, Nirav has worked with several top UK recruitment agencies to build independent offshore delivery teams that are fully aligned with their values, processes, and long-term vision.
